Education and Training Coordinator

Gail Jugow brings over 15 years of experience as an advocate and support worker for vulnerable individuals in social housing. Her deep commitment to social justice led her into the aged care sector, where she developed a strong passion for understanding dementia and improving aged care services.

Gail has coordinated Multicultural Memory Support Groups at MCCI and continues to teach part-time in the Ageing and Individual Support stream at a Registered Training Organisation. Gail is a passionate educator, dedicated to sharing practical knowledge and resources that help ensure older people from multicultural backgrounds receive safe, inclusive, and respectful care.
