Training and Regional Community Engagement Officer

With over seven years of experience delivering training on topics including Gender-Based Violence, Gender Equality, and Workplace Safeguarding, Rachelle joins the Centre as its newest trainer. She is deeply passionate about supporting organisations like the Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing, which are leading the way in transforming aged care services for older people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Guided by feminist principles, Rachelle is committed to ensuring equitable and inclusive access to services for people from all cultural and linguistic communities. She holds a Master’s degree in Gender, Sexuality and Culture from the University of Manchester and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
