Senior Diversity and Inclusion Advisor

Rosemary’s role as Senior Diversity and Inclusion Advisor provides leadership in the Centre’s well regarded Aged Care Cultural and Linguistic-Diversity Mentoring Program (DMP). The Mentoring Program supports aged care providers in Victoria to develop and deliver culturally inclusive policies and practices. Rosemary’s lived experience as carer for her 92-year-old mother-in-law ‘self-managing’ her Home Care Package, previous role as Sector Support and Development at Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria and Community Health experience, establishes her as an accomplished Community Development worker, passionate about aged care and making a difference for older people from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
