“Building Inclusive Aged Care”
Multicultural Partners supports Queensland’s aged care sector in providing care to older people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, via training, mentoring, and information resources. Multicultural Partners supports Queensland’s aged care sector to deliver inclusive, culturally appropriate care to older Australians from diverse backgrounds. Funded by the Australian Government under the Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC) and Commonweath Home Support Programme (CHSP) Service Sector Development (SSD) programs, we offer free training, mentoring, and resources. We help providers meet the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and align with the Aged Care Diversity Framework through in-person and online education.
